Juice Cleanse
At Getfitwitne we offer 2, 3, and 7 day juice cleanses.
What is a juice cleanse?
A juice cleanse is designed to help rid the body of unnecessary and harmful toxins. It is when someone consumes mostly fruit and vegetable juices throughout the day so the body can have a break from breaking down and digesting solid foods.
Our cleanses are designed to help:
Rid your body of unnecessary and harmful toxins,
Assist your livers and kidney in cleansing the body,
Boost immunity and energy,
Clear brain fog, increase mental focus and help you sleep better.
Improve gut health and aid digestion
This cleanse is for you if you consistently feel:
Sluggish
Bloated
Moody/irritated
Tired/fatigued
Constipated
Can't focus on daily tasks
We only offer our green juice (cucumbers, pineapples, green apples, celery, spinach, ginger and lemon) and our beet juice (beets, gala apples, carrots, lemon, ginger) for our cleanse.
Although our juices are designed to replace a meal, we recommend eating light meals during your cleanse, especially if it is your first time. Always listen to your body and feed it the nutrition it needs. Light meals on a juice cleanse include salads, nuts, seeds, whole fruits and vegetables and smoothies.
Avoid alcohol and processed sugar/sweeteners during your cleanse.
Please consult your doctor or primary care physician if you have any questions. You can also email hello@getfitwitne.co with any questions, comments or concerns regarding our products.
